Secondary suites are a second separate self-contained living space within a single family home. Our secondary suite plans feature one 3 bedroom suite on the main floor and one 2 bedroom suite in the basement. Basement and main floor bedrooms can be re configured to suit your needs when building a new secondary suite home. Each suite features its own completely separate living space, kitchen, bathroom, laundry facility and Heating and Ventilating system. Our secondary suite homes feature bright open floor plans with open kitchens and living spaces. The main floor suite has nine foot ceilings, the kitchen has a walk-in pantry and main floor laundry. The large spacious master bedroom has a full four piece ensuite and walk in closet. The main floor suite also features an additional separate basement recreation room. The basement suite features 9' high ceilings and large above grade windows for naturally bright, inviting and comfortable living spaces. Our basements are warm and dry with a limited lifetime warranty against water penetration. Each suite has its own parking space and separately keyed entrance. Secondary suites offer you the ability to define how you want to live in your home. You can live in either the top or bottom suite and rent out the other suite to help pay your mortgage or supplement your income. Many mortgage lenders will allow you to use a portion of your rental income to increase your mortgage qualification.
